You will receive email confirmation with your dispatch information. This will have the dispatch and delivery information on it.

Following acceptance of a delivery, please check all items for breakages within 24 hours. If you notice that the product is broken please take a photo of the package and follow the Warranty and Returns procedure. Should an item be obviously broken on arrival, do not accept the delivery. Due to the nature of the materials used in a bathroom, if you notice the product is damaged before opening, please leave the package sealed.

Yes. Our warranties cover up to 15 years on selected items. If you are interested in the specific warranty of a product, you can view the warranties in the products information. An overall view of our warranties across our range is available here.

To process a warranty claim you will need to fill out our Warranty Request Form and return to your place of purchase. Your place of purchase is on your tax invoice. In order to help your claim images are advised.


All customers must contact us via email within 10 days after receipt in relation to any returns. If you are returning a product due to faulty, incorrect or warranty purposes, you may be asked to fill out a warranty/returns request form dependent on the problem. Bathroom Factory Warehouse are not liable for any return if the customers simply changes their mind or order by mistake. Customers need to pay for any return postage fees plus 25% restocking fees along with the original package and all accessories.

Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection, a refundor replacement may be processed. If the order is found to be defective, we can either grant a Hassle-Free full refund (Credit or bank transfer), or a replacement with no additional cost.

If the order is not found to be defective and we may still grant a refund of 75% of your original payment. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been the issue, modified, repaired or abused by anyone. Bathroom Factory Warehouse reserves the right as the final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded. 

Should you have any issues you would like to raise with us, please feel free to contact us at any time. If we received an item without an email notification, a return will not be processed.

All returns, or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the product, otherwise the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and liability for such goods. (the goods must be in their original packaging and condition, otherwise we will not be able to refund)

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the order was placed incorrectly or for change of mind. Should a return be approved for store credit, the restocking fee will be reduced to 10% and you will receive a store credit for 90% of the final cost price.
